SALTS MILL is proud to present;
KEVIN CUMMINS - MANCHESTER: LOOKING FOR THE LIGHT THROUGH THE POURING RAIN
Wednesday 30th September - Friday 16th October
11am - 4.30pm every day, admission free
Salts Mill is hosting Kevin Cummins' definitive photographic exhibition of the Manchester music scene from 1976 to the present day.
The Roof Space is open from 11am til 4.30pm every day to house iconic photographs of Joy Division, The Smiths, Morrissey, New Order and other bands that shaped two generations of teenagers and changed the course of pop music. We even have a gladioli shrine under the most iconic Morrissey images.
On Sunday October 11th at 3pm Kevin Cummins will be in conversation with Kevin Sampson (Awaydays / Stars Are Stars / Powder) about photography, music and the North. Tickets £5 (£3 concessions) are on sale in the 1853 Gallery or by calling 01274 587377 (10.30am - 5pm).
Hope to see some of you there!
