Of course we don't hate each other, or anybody here; this is where we come for refuge. I said we hate practically everybody.

Incidentally, I should have said I'm starting the support group; I haven't actually asked TallulahTaurus yet, and I'm sure she wouldn't thank me for making assumptions. But membership is hereby open - no fee involved except for the odd spleen-venting post on Strangeways. To which everyone else will reply with messages of support! I like Stella to be honest...but Dido - not really...but then again, what do I know - I am such a lousy beer fan, I can only tell if a beer is bad but cannot make the difference betwixt good ones...

i've never had a stella.
the only stella i know is from a streetcar named desire. (btw: marlon brando is definitely one of my favs)

in an effort to underail (but how is bryan ferry the musical equivalent of stella anyways?):

frustration: punk kids in a crap car who feel the need to tail me at 3 cm when i'm in my porsche. actually the only reason that frustrates me is because i could stop in a profoundly short distance if need be while the car behind me can't. that's bad news for a porsche (engine is in back, in case you didn't know).

I just always thought Stella, with that whole "reassuringly expensive" schtick was trying to corner the classy end of the lager market (is there such a thing?). In the same way as singers like Brian Ferry and Dido are targeted at people who consider themselves musically sophisticated. Except they're not; it's just that they only buy 5 albums a year.

And yes, you're right - this is way too heavy for a Saturday night. But you did ask! Though that was only cos I asked you to... <!--emo&:huh:--><!--endemo-->
