Fellow Smiths Lovers, Can I Have Your Opinion?

Hello,

My name is Lewis Watkins, I am a Music Journalist undergraduate studying at Staffordshire University.

As part of my degree, I have to maintain a music based blog on a topic of choice; I have chosen The Smiths as this is a band that has truly changed my life in which in my blog I elaborate in detail.

I have always had a love for writing and english literature, I decided to champion journalism but did not want to emerse myself in the mundane area of general news (important but not something I would want to pursue as a career). Fortunately before I decided on any form of future I was blessed with the music of The Smiths. An epiphany moment where I could unite my love of music and journalist mindset.

Vocationally, this is something of a dream and is a project in which I am really enjoying.

If I may, I would like to ask of your viewing and opinion on my content and writing about a band which is truly awe-inspiring and has forever changed the world of music.
