amazing. wonderful. high point of my teenage life (and for quite a few years after). saw them at Great Woods, near Boston, Mass. Frank opened. It was the Queen is Dead tour. I had an amazing seat because I'd snuck up from my crappy seat in the back all the way to the fourth row, stood on the back of a chair, all the while holding on to some sweaty guy in front of me so I wouldn't fall off. But I was eye to eye with Morrissey (!!!), just 10 feet away. He was wonderful, they sounded so good. They opened with How Soon is Now (of course) and ended with There is a Light. Played just about everything on Queen is Dead, and not too much more. But it was wonderful, they were by far my favorite at the time, and clearly I still have warm fuzzy feelings for them. one of my favorite concerts ever.
