That story about the bridge is world-class, I'm still laughing. Give that man his own chat show! <!--emo&:lol:-->Image<!--endemo-->

That line from London is one of my favorites too-it's so incisive it's almost surgical. I used to wince every time I heard it-ah, the pain of recognition.

By the way, how are things now with you and the young lady, if you don't mind me asking?

I don't mind at all mate, since things seem to be going swimmingly.
Even if she did give me a drunken phone call at 2 o clock this morning. heh.
and my friend has come out wit all sorts of random stuff like that, he always seems to be away with the fairies. Hes a good laugh to have around though, and I won't even start on some of the stuff on his Ipod... <!--emo&:lol:-->Image<!--endemo-->

Ah, go on-start! <!--emo&:P-->Image<!--endemo-->

And it's always better to receive drunken phone calls than to make them-you can grab the moral high ground while the other person feels embarrassed! Anyway, glad it's working out <!--emo&:B-->Image<!--endemo-->

ok heres the worst of it....
The Jungle book - The bear Nessesities(sp?)
Will Smith - Will2K
Winnie the Pooh - Theme Tune
Thomas the Tank Engine - Theme Tune
Diana Ross - I'm coming out
oh, and ghost busters <!--emo&:lol:-->Image<!--endemo-->

I've dealt out a number of drunken phone calls in my time though, so this is about 3 : 1 to me in terms of making a fool of myself with alcohol and portable communications technology. Oh well.

Obviously a man with with highly original thought processes who knows his own mind, and won't be swayed by fad, fashion or ridicule. Does he have any U2 or Coldplay on it?

I have the theme from the Muppets on mine-among other things. You know, this is another thread waiting to happen!

Not sure.... I'll look next time I see him.
I haven't mentioned any lyrics for ages, so here goes
I got confused I killed a horse, I can't help the way I feel
Always makes me giggle like a little school girl, well, not quite to that extent, but a good mental picture, no?

Definitely, great line, but the one about the nun is even better. I'm sure Elko will be replying to this too-it's his favourite song of the moment.

Truly wonderful, and such a perfect juxtaposition of the bizzarre and the touching.

Going to listen to it now, I think.

Oh you silly old man, in your misguided trousers

You can't follow that so I'll say nowt.
