Morrissey's London

For all things concerning Moz's solo career.

Postby Grim O'Grady » Mon Jun 05, 2006 5:23 pm

My mate is updating his book Morrissey's Manchester & his publisher is considering either adding London to it or doing it has a book on it's own, so I thought it would be nice if we can think of any locations in London that are in some way connected with Morrissey?
cheers

Love

Grim

 What makes you say that?

Piccadilly Circus/Street obviously....Dagenham.....Lambeth (voices on Spring Heeled Jim are from Lambeth apparently, ask SonAndHeir), The East End considering his interest in the underworld/Krays etc.
Make no mistake my friend, your pointless life will end.

Camden obviously. They (the Smiths) played a gig down there when things really took off and the stage got invaded, kick starting the smiths popularity. Morrissey also sang about it.
