For all he has done since The Smiths.

This is from Johnny's site. What a beautiful picture. *swoons*

Johnny and Angie in France. Don't know when the picture was taken, does anyone?

I've been reading about his contribution to the new Crowded House album. They had some practices in a recording studio in Bath recently and a gig at the Thekla in Bristol, also. Apparently Johnny's been sighted there. I don't know how he could have been spotted while touring with MM at the moment.

He's just all over the place. Anyone seen the cover of Spin Magazine? I guess I no longer have to explain to people who Johnny Marr is when they ask "who?" and finally, he has a number one record in America. No longer a cult icon in America anymore, I'm happy for his success just the same.

I'm having a lot of trouble replying to any thread without getting that secret password sign-on box.

I'm sorry- which album?
A note upon his desk
"P.S. Bring Me Home And Have Me!"
Leather elbows on a tweed coat
-Oh!-
Is THAT the best you can do ?
So came his reply :
"But on the desk is where I want you!"

I came across this today. It was recently uploaded on youtube. It's a video of the Healer's 'Down in the Corner', my favorite Healers song.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymMD9NCXx8Y" target="_blank">here</a>

It's not until near the end that you actually see him playing the guitar, and it's as if he's trying to show you the chords. Read the description behind the premise of the video, it's pretty interesting.

I just discovered Johnny's done some amazing work with Billy Bragg! :)

These days I am completely in love with SHirley/Greetings To The New Brunette & Walk Away Renee - intelligent lyrics, with a really smithsy feel to the tunes...

I think I'm in love, think I'm in love, I think I'm in love.... :P

Maybe I've mentioned it, but it has to be said again: it's a great time to be a Johnny Marr fan.
