Never mind the....

What have the rhythm section been up to since The Smiths?

Postby Lorimoz » Sat Apr 15, 2006 4:43 pm

I am a big fan of "Never mind the Buzzcocks" ( :( Mark L has taken a year off )
so I was just checking the TV listing for next Monday episode.

ANDY ROURKE is listed as one of the guests :o

Does anyone know if it's "our" AR or some other guy from a boyband/unknown group ?

Ooh, nice spot. I'm guessing it's our AR, don't know of any others...

Hi BREF

I agree about Mark Lamaar: he's the soul of the programme.
The shows with Jeremy Clarkson and Rick from Kaiser Chiefs were
funny though. Simon Amstell was not so funny...he never is.

Cheers Lorimoz!
I love seeing any of The Smiths on tv, looking forward to it.
Rourke doesn't seem like the chatty type, at least thats the impression I got from him.
Should be good anyway.

Did anybody else watch this ?

The guy from FLC was funny, that Sheila was annoying and Andy Rouke....
not too sure ( shy, uncomfortable ? )

Nice to see him on Tv, anyway.

Ooh, I forgot all about it... That's what comes of never having the television on. Still, it's usually repeated later in the week, isn't it?

I think you can watch it on the BBC website.
I saw it, I didn't know he was on it then I saw him a few times and realised it was Andy Rourke.
You're gonna kill me, is that your plan?

It's just .... different. Anyway, I think you'd better watch it to get what I'm saying. He made a few funny comments, but was the only one still sitting in his seat at the "bird flu" incident  . I got the feeling he was slightly shy/uncomfortable ... ;)
