re: doolittle by the pixies. i first heard the pixies just before doolittle came out, so i cut my pixie teeth on surfer rosa. that music redefined music for me. not long after, doolittle came out and i immediately purchasted it on vinyl. i still have that, and the bonus picture booklet insert <!--emo&;)-->

re: jeff buckley. i believe this is the first time i've seen that name on this forum. thank you!! both jeff and his father, tim are amazing, and equally tragic. the brighter the light, the quicker it burns.
a friend sent me a live jeff buckley doing nusrat fateh ali khan once, and it is among my more treasured musical gems.
