Best Album Of The Seventies

The 70's. The decade that brought punk, disco, glam and probably some other stuff too.

A million great albums were released during this decade, but which one is THE one?

My top three:
1. Unknown Pleasures - Joy Division
2. The Clash - The Clash
3. What's going on - Marvin Gaye

What's your faves?

Kate Bush-The Kick Inside
Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures (never knew that was 70's)

There were Prince, Michael Jackson, The BeeGees, Tom Jones and ABBA. Great songs, but I don't really know their albums that well.

Ten of the darkest tracks ever put down on record.

Don't know... dark, industrial town I guess. Stuff like that helps make fantastic art.

'snaps finger' It not unusual... <!--emo&-->Image<!--endemo-->

Guess I shouldn't mention I like Neil Diamond.
Who mentioned Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, all those? They were all good back then.

I definitely have to think about this one. I'm thinking Led Zeppelin has to be in there somewhere though. Too many, too many!
