I'm sure I read somewhere that he won some kind of settlement. It's not unusual in these cases for a condition of the settlement to be that the plaintiff renounces any future rights or claims of ownership to the work in question. Maybe that's why he's not getting a writing credit on album sleeves. Or it could just be that the album covers haven't been reprinted in the meantime!
Anyway, Ask sounds like he may well have had a hand in it - it's pretty pants really, isn't it? <!--emo&:P-->
