I've submitted a proposal to a local theatre to produce the epicly comedic play that I wrote entitled 'EmoBoi and the Quest for the Jewel of Sorrow' for early next year-- I hope it gets in!!! Then I'll be a twice produced playwright-- how cool would that be???

I have a short theater piece I wrote last night going up at my local theater tonight as a part of the 24 hour theater program- its very Dead Alewives-ish and I anticipate absolutely nobody laughing at it or getting it except for me, which will be awesome. Although I'm sure if Boyguy could see it, he would be the other person in the room laughing :-P

Submitting it to a different theater company because, under new management, the theater that I originally submitted it to said no because they have changed the nature of the work they produce to be solely serious and deal only with social issues... which my play doesn't. But this other company... well, I'm hopeful.
